Welcome to my personal home page. I am a Professor of economics at
the University of Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne).
I have been teaching at the
University of Paris 1
for more than 30 years. I have also been
a research fellow at CEPREMAP for more than 30 years. I visited a
lot of foreign universities and economic institutions in all the
parts of the world.
Fields of interest
I am mainly interested by all the fields of
macroeconomics and by all the methods used in this field. So, I did
research in labour economics, on taxation, in open macroeconomics,
on demographic questions, and I used plenty of methods of
modelling, simulations (deterministic and stochastic), econometrics.
I also have strong interest in international trade, development
economics, history and mathematics. But I do not consider myself as
an expert in these fields.
